The Idea

The inspiration for this ad came from the desire to empower and resonate with successful, independent women. By subverting the traditional fairy tale narrative, I aimed to highlight the allure of driving a high-performance McLaren rather than relying on a prince. The phrase "Who needs a prince when you can have a 755hp chariot" underscores the superior performance and independence McLaren provides. Additionally, the final slide features the prompt "The only thing faster than this car is the speed at which you'll fall in love," adding a humorous and relatable twist and adding some emotional appeal to the ad.​
